About Wynn

I’m Wynn, a real estate professional serving Southern California. My journey began in Taiwan in 2021.

That was when I first stepped into real estate and began to understand that buying or selling a home is never only about price and paperwork. For many families, it marks a life transition: stability, choice, and a hope for what comes next.

In 2024, I carried that journey to Los Angeles. A new market and a new city introduced me to clients from many different backgrounds. I’m grateful for every opportunity to be trusted, and I’ve now had the privilege of guiding more than 50 families through buying, selling, or settling into a home.

In 2025, I was honored to be recognized as a Top 3% Realtor nationwide. I see that recognition less as a label and more as a reminder: every client’s trust deserves to be handled with care.

If you’re moving toward your next chapter, I’d be honored to help you protect the dream and be the real estate partner you can rely on along the way.

Which path are you considering right now?

Choose the path closest to your situation. I’ll organize the details, then follow up from there.

01

Buyer consult

Clarify budget, area, loan pace, and the way you want to see homes. Once the direction is clear, the search feels much lighter.

  • Area and budget calibration
  • Showing and offer rhythm
  • Escrow document reminders
02

Seller strategy

From pricing and home condition to launch timing and negotiation terms, we’ll lay out the risks and choices one step at a time.

  • Pre-listing preparation
  • Pricing and negotiation strategy
  • Buyer-condition risk review
03

Home valuation

Not just an automated estimate. We’ll look at nearby sales, land and building value, and condition differences so the number has a reason behind it.

  • Comparable sale selection
  • Land and building breakdown
  • List-or-hold direction

Professionalism comes from insisting on the details.

Complex transactions become easier to move through when the steps are clear enough to understand, question, and decide on.
